About Us

LinkLifts is a new service helping older adults stay mobile, social, and independent

We’re launching in Preston following extensive research into two widespread challenges:

​

• Over 40% of seniors regularly experience loneliness

• Around 35% no longer drive, making transport a barrier to independence and social life

​

LinkLifts solves both.

​

We connect older people to trusted transport providers and offer a tailored list of local social activities each month. Whether someone needs a ride to the GP, wants to attend a lunch club, or is looking to meet new people - we help make it happen, safely and simply.

Our service is personal, reliable, and built with older adults in mind, from those with mobility issues to those who just want to get out and about more often.

We’re starting in Preston, building strong local partnerships and support, with a clear goal to expand regionally across Lancashire, the North West, Yorkshire, and eventually nationwide.
