• Taxi Fares and Social Group Fees: It's important to note that any taxi fares and fees for social group activities are paid directly to the service providers. Our role at LinkLifts is to facilitate these bookings on your behalf, streamlining your experience from planning to participation.

• Booking Fee for Each Journey: A modest booking fee of 55p is applied to every journey we organise for you. This fee supports the administrative work involved in arranging your transport and securing your bookings, ensuring both reliability and convenience.

• Flexible Call Usage: If you find yourself needing more booking calls within a month than your plan includes, you're covered. Additional calls are possible and will be billed based on the average cost per call of your selected plan. This ensures you always have access to our support, no matter your needs.

• Adaptable Plans: Recognising that your requirements may evolve, we offer the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. This adaptability ensures that our service continually aligns with your lifestyle and preferences.

• Social Booking Add-On: Elevate your social life with our Social Booking feature. For customers with a transport plan, this add-on is available for just an additional £3/month, providing personalised recommendations and bookings for a variety of events and social groups. Opting for this feature without a transport plan? It's available for £5.99/month, granting you access to a world of community engagement and enriching experiences.
